Is There Any Cost to Attend a Self-Help Workshop?

Our workshops are provided free of charge. Trainers volunteer their time and expertise to conduct workshops, although there is a small material fee for the workbooks to cover the costs. Participants are welcome to make donations to the WRF if they wish. As a 501(c)(3) Non Profit Foundation, donations are tax-deductible.

What is Required to Have a WRF Self-Help Workshop in My Area?

To have a Self-Help Reflexology workshop conducted in your area, please contact us to check the availability of a volunteer trainer in your area. Here are some of the requirements for hosting a workshop:

  • 10 people or more
  • A quiet location where a workshop can be conducted
  • Comfortable chairs (preferably chairs without arms)
  • Possibly a table or two
  • Comfortable room temperature
  • Bathroom facilities
  • Good lighting
  • Etc.

Other specifics will depend on number of participants, room size, type of workshop, and other factors. A list of any additional equipment needed will be provided when scheduling a workshop.
